Founded by Charles F (Charlie) Wagner, Lorna B. Wagner and their son, Charles J. (Chuck), bonded the winery in 1971. The first commercial crush was in 1972. Annual production is about 54,000 cases. 61.5 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon and 2.8 acres of Sauvignon Blanc are under cultivation in 1997.
