Located away from the crowds on the quiet, vineyard-lined Yountville Cross Road, Cliff Lede occupies 55 acres of prime grape-growing land in the heart of Napa Valley’s renowned Stags Leap District.
On the twice-daily walking tours you’ll see the contemporary sculpture Cliff has scattered around the beautifully landscaped grounds and visit the magnificent caves. Among the largest in the valley, the caves are filled with stacked barrels of aging wine and are also home to the riddling operation for the S. Anderson sparkling wines.
From Cliff Lede varietals to the limited-production Poetry series to the S. Anderson family of sparkling wines, our goals in every case are the same: First, to farm carefully and thoughtfully with respect for the land in order to produce the best grapes. Second, to vinify in a manner that allows the fruit its fullest, clearest, most eloquent expression in handcrafted wines that are truly representative of their region. And third and most important, to have fun.
