Alexander Valley has produced some of California's most acclaimed wines over the last half century. The hot summer days and fog cooled nights make it the perfect region for wines of character and intensity. This is what attracted Al & Sandy deLorimier to start their venture here in the early 1970's.
The three Alexander Valley vineyard sites of deLorimier reflect the diverse nature of the region. Our vineyard profiles range from steep rocky hillsides, to loamy benchlands to gravel soiled valley floor.
